View of the bayside taken from the boathouse. Backing up to the chimney of the new wing on right is an outside fireplace. The fireplace is outside the ballroom (sharing an immense inside fireplace) with along with the bar beneath it was added in 1964. You can also see the octagonal living room which was added at the same time.
